Appointment Policies
BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT OR TECHNIQUE COURSE PLEASE READ OUR APPOINTMENT POLICIES:
  • A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 is required when booking an appointment. The deposit goes towards your service on the day of your appointment. 
     

  • DEPOSIT FOR A TECHNIQUE COURSE IS A SET % OF THE CLASS WHICH IS NON REFUNDABLE TO HOLD YOUR SPACE/SUPPLIES.
     

  • There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are past the 15 minute late mark, you will forfeit your deposit. It is at our discretion to decide if we will have enough time to make your appointment. 
     

  • If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit, as well as be charged 50% of the services booked. 
     

  • If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, if not you will forfeit your deposit as well as be charged 50% of the services booked. 
     

  • We do not offer refunds for services or technique courses, under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy. If there are any problems experienced, this should be reported to us within 48 hours to avoid additional fees. 
     

  • Due to the nature of this service, we kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment. 
     

  • Our policies stated above are non negotiable and  apply to each client, therefore please read this thoroughly before scheduling services with us.
